Job Description

About the Role

As a Client Success Manager, you will work closely with new and existing clients to understand their needs, address technical challenges, and maximize the value of our industry-leading tools and software while cultivating strong relationships to ensure their long-term success. You will collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve the client experience. driving client satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact to enhance client experience.
    • Provide guidance on tool usage and facilitate client meetings for updates.
  • Opportunity & Revenue Growth 
    • Identify opportunities for additional services based on client feedback.
    • Monitor client SLAs and support to drive revenue and prevent churn.
  • Client Support
    • Manage helpdesk inquiries, assign tickets, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Collaboration & Reporting
    • Work with marketing to create sales collateral and maintain accurate customer relationship management (CRM) records. 
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Stay updated on industry trends and prioritize tasks to ensure effective client management.
You possess 
  • 3 - 5 years’ experience in Client Success and/or Account Management 
  • 3 - 5 years’ experience using client management software such as HubSpot, Salesforce
  • 3 - 5 years’ experience using project management software, such as  Asana 
  • Experience working in Public Sector Finance
  • Sharp business acumen is a must to ensure training aligns with organizational objectives.
  • Proficiency in analytical thinking and problem-solving, able to consider multiple perspectives.
  • Familiarity with financial software such as Workiva, Caseware, Blackline, Trintech, Gravity, SAP, Concur Invoice Solutions 
  • Ability to effectively use the entire MS Office Suite including Outlook, Word & PowerPoint, specifically Excel as a power user.
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills - 
    • Clear, concise, professional communication, in both inquiry and response.
    • Uses effective listening skills to seek understanding.
